The return policy is applied to the following cases/ situations

  • If the item was defective
  • If the item gets damaged during the shipping
  • If the wrong product is delivered by the seller
  • If the product was missing
  • If you (customer) did not like the product

We encourage our customer to review the listing before making a final purchasing decision.

Procedure of Return/Refund/Exchange

  • Return shipping is free on your first return for EVERY order within 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • The buyer/customer is required to raise the refund or replace request within 60 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • If your issue qualifies comes warranty coverage, My Best Price Shop will arrange the reverse pick up for the product, under our Return Policy Timeline.
  • The shipment charge is non-refundable.
  • Once the team of My Best Price Shop receives the product, the Quality Check team will go through the quality and condition of the product(s). As per the product’s situation, a solution will be provided to the customer within 3-4 workings days.
  • Kindly note that all Returned Products are to be returned in their original packing.
  • To initiate an exchange, email us at sales@mybestpriceshop.com with the following details (addressing the issue):
    • 3 Images of the products (top, bottom and side)
    • Order No.
    • Reason for your exchange/return.
